Building Together: School of Performing Arts to Hold Staff Durbar

July 27, 2026

The School of Performing Arts (SPA), College of Humanities, University of Ghana, will hold its 2026 Staff Durbar on Thursday, 30th July 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the E.T.S. Drama Studio.

The Staff Durbar forms part of the School’s commitment to promoting effective communication, strengthening staff engagement, and fostering a collaborative working environment. The event will bring together academic, administrative, and supporting staff to discuss matters of institutional importance, receive updates from Management, and exchange ideas on the continued growth and development of the School.

The forum will provide an opportunity for Management to share key developments, highlight ongoing initiatives, and engage staff on issues that contribute to the advancement of teaching, research, creative practice, and administration within the School. It also serves as a platform for staff to raise concerns, offer suggestions, and contribute to shaping the future direction of the School of Performing Arts.

The School encourages all staff members to attend and actively participate in the discussions. Their contributions remain invaluable in sustaining the School’s tradition of excellence and in building a stronger, more responsive academic community.

As the School continues to pursue its mission of excellence in teaching, research, performance, and community engagement, the Staff Durbar reflects a shared commitment to openness, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
